Full-time position: Kitchen Staff

【Locations】

Kannai, Minato Mirai, Tokyo

【Working Hours】

9:30–23:00 (Shift basis)

① Part-time: 2-4 days per week, including weekends and holidays

② Part-time: 3-5 days per week, with a preference for those available on weekends and holidays. Part-time staff with fixed shifts are preferred.

【Qualifications】

Experience in the restaurant industry is welcome, but newcomers are also encouraged to apply. Students, homemakers, and freelancers are all welcome. Full-time availability and prior experience are advantageous.

【Salary】

Daitokujyu KAN-NAI, Daitokujyu MINATO-MIRAI

Part-time: Hourly wage from ¥1,200

Full-time: Monthly salary from ¥280,000

Daitokujyu TOKYO

Part-time: Hourly wage from ¥1,250, or ¥1,400 for those with cooking experience

Full-time: Monthly salary from ¥280,000

【Benefits】

Transportation expenses are provided according to the regulations for part-time staff, fully covered for full-time employees. Uniforms are provided, social insurance is in place, and delicious meals are included (with yakiniku available). There is a 3-month probationary period (under the same conditions), tasting sessions are offered, salary increases are available, and there are employee bonuses. There is also the possibility of part-time staff being promoted to full-time positions.

【Holidays】

Full-time: 7-8 days off per month (shift basis)
